I loved it.
I love how the life cycle of the bugs intertwined with the lives of the purples and oranges. It essentially starts as a small bug, that, when eaten by a "person" causes that person to multiply via an M.C. Escher style growth (which I loved). The purples and oranges will inevitably kill eachother and their corpses turn into a larger bug that will turn into a tree, at which point it spawns more larger bugs. It has a meaning in that lives interconnect into a cycle, and it had aesthetic, using a desert planet and the blends of purple and orange in the people and the larger bugs.
Good job.
